Enrollment & Application Forms

Enrollment Process

1. After receiving this information package, please feel free to call the office. We will help to answer any questions you may have.

2. When you have made the decision that you would like to apply for admission, please print and fill out the form and send it along with your registration fee. Registration fees are located in the Tuition Fees Document.

3. When the school receives your completed Application form, including your registration fee, we will contact you to schedule a parent interview.

4. Following the interview, you will be notified of acceptance.

5. Tuition payments are made in 10 monthly installments using an internet based ECheck program called FACTS.

6. Your student’s name will be submitted to the school district in which you reside for transportation.

Transportation to QCS is provided by local school district: Central Bucks, North Penn, Palisades, Pennridge, Quakertown, Souderton, Saucon Valley, Southern Lehigh, Upper Perk.

7. Parents who enroll their children will receive an informational packet in early August with the calendar/handbook and information for starting school.
