2025-2026 Tuition, Fees & Discounts

Your family matters to us and it is our desire that each family who wishes to attend Quakertown Christian School, to obtain a Christian education, be enabled to do so. Our goal is to partner with you to ensure the spiritual and financial health of your family while maintaining the financial health of our school. We offer payment plans for families wishing to pay on 10-month schedule. Tuition assistance is available for those families whose income level makes shouldering tuition difficult. Tuition & Enrollment Fees

  • Kindergarten 5 Day: $9,065
  • Grades 1-5: $9,270
  • Grades 6-8: $9,685
  • High School – Grades 9-12: $9,990
  • Re-Enrollment January 21- 26: NO FEE
  • Re-Enrollment January 27- Feb 2: $100 per family
  • Re-Enrollment February 3 – March 31: $200 per family
  • Re-Enrollment April 1 and after: $300 per family
  • New Student Enrollment: $150
  • Learning Support Fee (not included in Fin. Aid): $500.00 add’l per student

Sibling Discounts

  • 2 students 15% off tuition second student
  • 3 students 25% off tuition third student
  • 4 students 35% off tuition fourth student
  • 5+ students 50% off tuition add’l student(s)

Early Discounts

2% off tuition, when paid in full between 7/7/2025 and 8/8/2025.

Pastoral Discounts

Up to 15% off for full-time pastors.

50/50 referral discounts

A $500 credit is available to a family referring QCS to a new family who enrolls student(s) in K-12. The new family is also eligible for the $500 credit. The credit is for the first school year only and will be credited to each family’s FACTS account in January as long as the new student remains enrolled.

Sports and Instrumental fees per student

  • MS Sports – per child/per sport $90
  • HS Sports – per child/per sport $115
  • Instrumental Fee TBD

Before and After School Care

  • One student / hour $10
  • 2+ students / hour $12

7:15am – 8:00am & 3:00pm – 5:30pm. After 5:30pm time will be counted at $5 per quarter hour

  • Grades 1-12 Partial-credit courses 1x/week $350
  • Grades 6-12 Partial-credit courses 2x/week $500
  • Grades 6-12 Full-credit courses 4-5x/week $1,000
  • All prices listed are annual

Sports Program (Grades 5-12)

  • MS Sports – per child/per sport $90
  • HS Sports – per child/per sport $115

Music (Grades 1-12)

  • Ensembles/Group Lessons See Music Director

Variable Tuition

Variable Tuition offers options

Part of our mission at QCS includes offering a sensible and affordable approach for tuition. We are blessed to have a variety of sources that help sustain our operations.  Schedule a tour today with our Director of Admissions to learn more about our programs and our affordable tuition.

Discounts

Although all families are required to enroll in FACTS there are several discounts that are awarded outside of FACTS. These discounts include Sibling, Pastoral, Early/Pre-pay, and Referral. These discounts are helpful to families that are looking for an added savings. See the “Tuition-Fees-Discounts” page for more information.

Tuition Assistance

For families that seek tuition assistance, QCS offers a separate solution for your unique financial situation. Families can apply for TAP (QCS’ Tuition Assistance Plan) through FACTS Grant & Aid application. FACTS Grant & Aid weighs income, the number of children attending, and finances to determine your level of financial need. Application is required for Tuition Assistance and can be applied for as early as February 1, 2025. Parents should apply as soon as they have received enrollment verification. Discounts other than Sibling or Referral Discounts will not be awarded in addition to TAP. Apply Here
